Toledo Green Drinks

Welcome to Toledo Green Drinks!

Toledo Green Drinks has been meeting since April 2007, and is happy to have so many wonderful people in our community making Toledo a healthier and more sustainable place to live.

We meet once a month; location, date and agenda changes. There is no membership or attendance requirements for Toledo Green Drinks, you can come whenever with whomever you wish. Some months there is no set agenda, we just mix and mingle. Other months we will watch a movie, exchange books, listen to speakers, share ideas about a specific topic, etc. If you have any ideas about a location or agenda, please e-mail greendrinkstol@gmail.com. August Green Drinks

When: Saturday August 7th from 12:30-2:30

Where: The back deck of the Toledo Civic Theater (237 South Erie St). This is the same day as the Frogtown Fair, so
                  check out the vendors and various activities before and after Green Drinks.

What: Join Toledo Green Drinks on the back deck of the Toledo Civic Theater for a great networking opportunity and a presentation at 1 pm by Fritz Gehring, Apiarist, on the art and science of beekeeping. Mr. Gehring is the bee inspector for five counties with more than thirty years experience in honey production in the local area and work in the serious control of bee disease. His presentation and question and answer session, including fresh honey to taste and beekeeping items to see and touch, will inspire the mature, curious and those who want to know what the buzz is on beekeeping.
