Our next Green Drinks event will occur on Wednesday, February 25th starting at 5:35 PM in Raymond Building R2-045 on the beautiful Macdonald campus in Ste. Anne de Bellevue. We will screen the film “Queen of the Sun: What Are the Bees Telling Us?”. This will be preceded by a talk from Evan Henry from the McGill Apiculture Club on some of their activities and the latest research on bee colony collapse.

QUEEN OF THE SUN: What Are the Bees Telling Us? is a profound, alternative look at the global bee crisis. Taking us on a journey through the catastrophic disappearance of bees and the mysterious world of the beehive, this engaging and ultimately uplifting film weaves an unusual and dramatic story of the heartfelt struggles of beekeepers, scientists and philosophers from around the world. Together they reveal both the problems and the solutions in renewing a culture in balance with nature.

Free Refreshments will be available. All are welcome!
