Green Drinks Royersford is held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6pm! Come out to meet new people, share insights, and enjoy conversation with others who share an interest in sustainability and environmental issues. Let us know if you would like to speak at a future Green Drinks meeting.

Something NEW: Starting in September, we will be offering door prizes donated by Green Drinks participants! Everyone who attends will be able to enter a drawing to win a door prize. Attendees who provide their own items for drawings will be able to give a few minute explanation of their product. Let us know if you have an item or product to enter into a drawing!

The featured speaker for the December 8th Green Drinks Royersford was Leonard Bonacci, Director of Event Operations for the Philadelphia Eagles!! Everyone who attended got the full story of “Eagles Green” when he spoke to the group about all the environmental initiatives undertaken by the Philadelphia Eagles. Thanks to everyone who came out we had a great turnout and we all had a good time! Don't miss exciting events like this in the future, Join us next month!

Thanks to everyone who came out in April! And a special thanks to John G., owner of the Sly Fox and Brian, brewmaster for the Sly Fox. The tour of the brewery was great, as was the presenation on the sustainable aspects of the brewery with Tad Radzinski. The Sustainability of Local Breweries was our first Green Drinks, Speaker Series program. We plan to keep the Speaker Series as a regular event at Green Drinks and will have a speaker every other month! The speaker for June's Green Drinks will be announced shortly!

What a great way to welcome spring! After a disappointing February with over 2 feet of snow and a canceled Green Drinks, March more that made up for it. The weather was great and new Green Drinkers showed up from all over the area. Again, Sly Fox provided great food and a great atmosphere! Be sure to attend in April- we have something new and exciting to add to the event. As part of our new Speaker Series, Tad Radzinski of Sustainable Solutions Corporation and John Giannopoulous of Sly Fox Brewery will be giving a short presentation on the Sustainability of Local Breweries.
Our Green Drinks Speaker Series is a new part of Green Drinks. It is a short (but interesting!) presentation, only 15 minutes long and will address a green issue. If you are interested in speaking, please contact me to discuss (stephen@sustainablesolutionscorporation.com). Your talk or presentation will be approved by me. Almost anything goes, just no sale pitches!

Congratulations to Sandy and Charles Koenig who came out to celebrate the LEED Platinum certification of their home! Their house is the first single-family home in Pennsylvania to acheive this level of certification!
