provides an opportunity to meet up with like minded people interested in discussing social, ethical or environmental issues. It is hosted by staff and students of the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility at Nottingham University Business School. Everyone is welcome - students, professionals, academics, volunteers - young and old.
The Cafe.Bar.Contemporary, located downstairs at the Nottingham Contemporary Art Gallery, offers a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks including teas and coffees, as well as delicious, freshly prepared, locally sourced, British food with a twist.
Nottingham Contemporary is next to the Lace Market Tram Stop, five minutes from Nottingham Railway Station and the Green NCT bus routes, only a few minutes' walk from the city's shops and Broadmarsh Centre. (Number 26 on the city's ParkSmart Map, in the Lace Market zone).
Held the first Thursday of every month (6-8pm) at Cafe.Bar.Contemporary at the Nottingham Contemporary Art Gallery, Weekday Cross, Nottingham NG1 2GB.
Dates in 2011/12 : 3 November, 1 December, 5 January, 2 February, 1 March, 5 April, 3 May, 7 June, 5 July, 2 August, 6 September.
Social drinkers are welcome to continue to meet throughout the year however ICCSR staff may not be present in January, August or September.
