The drinks are not (necessarily) green, but the people are. Come meet up with similar "eco-conscious" Traverse City community members for a drink. Worried you're not "green" enough to join the conversation? Don't be. We are just as excited about someone joining the conversation about the environment as we are about having it. It sounds simple because it is. "Green Drinks" is international. There are over 600 other cities holding the same informal gatherings all across the globe. What: We are headed back to where we started last August! Join other “eco-conscious” area residents for a drink and great conversation at a special Green Drinks at Right Brain Brewery!
The movie TAPPED, a documentary about the bottled water industry, will be shown immediately following Green Drinks (7pm). There is a $20 suggested donation for the movie that will include a water bottle, t-shirt and beer token. Proceeds will benefit Bay Area Recycling for Charities and Watershed Center Grand Traverse Bay.

Green Drinks Traverse City will be held at a local TC watering hole every fourth Thursday of the month from 5p-7p unless otherwise noted.
