Green Drinks North Iowa

 

Every month environmentally-minded people all over the world meet up at informal sessions known as Green Drinks (which don't have to be green and don't have to contain alcohol).  It's a great way of catching up with people you know and also making new "green" contacts.  These events are very simple and unstructured, many people have found employment, made friends, developed new ideas or have merely come to unwind.

 

The September meeting of Green Drinks North Iowa will take place at the Landfill of North Iowa:

 

When:  September 29, 2011

 

Where: Landfill of North Iowa, 15942 Killdeer Avenue, Clear Lake, IA

 

Time:  5:00 p.m. - Landfill Tour, 6:00 p.m. Locally grown organic foods and refreshments will be served.
