Bristol Green Drinks is an informal monthly opportunity for like-minded people to meet over a drink and maybe some food. New people are always welcome.
There's so much going on in Bristol these days, especially with our Green capital 2015 year on the horizon, that people may quickly find other niches that suit them. However there are always new people coming along and it's a good excuse to arrange to meet people to catch up or come and find out about what's going on.
Relaunch for Autumn 2014
After a survey we've decided to have a change of venue: so for the next couple of months we'll try Roll for the Soul, 2 Quay Street, Bristol, BS1 2JL.
http://www.rollforthesoul.org/ . From The Centre by the fountains, walk towards Broadmead and it's on the right just a few doors down.
Meetings are now on the 4th Thursday of the month and are from 6:30 to 9pm. Look for the A4 'Green Drinks' notice on the table. It's a friendly gathering, mixed ages from students to retired, with no party political alignment, fundraising or preaching (we hope!). There are always new people coming and going between these times so join any time.
The cafe closes at 9 but some may go on to The Bank, a more traditional pub round the corner which is usually quite lively on a Thursday with live music and outside tables.
