This time we have a guest speaker, Steve Valk, communications director and regional manager for Citizens Climate Lobby. CCL trains and supports volunteers throughout the U.S. and Canada to be effective advocates for national policies that address climate change. Steve will talk about the opportunity before us now for our government to take effective steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions: "Sandy is the 'Pearl Harbor moment' on climate change. Now that we know where the bombs are coming from, it's time for Congress to declare war on carbon."
